# Adjudication before poly is passed?

My background investigation was submitted back in April and I have my third poly for an IC coming up very shortly. Can you actually be adjudicated before you “pass” the poly? Anyone have a similar experience?

no they need the poly results whatever they are to make a decision if u are having to take a poly as part of the process.
