Public trust sent background investigation forms to my previous company supervisors. Out of 3 supervisors, one supervisor lost the form during his travel. He communicated the same to me. Is there any way to request BI team to send another letter to that particular supervisor. If yes, how and where to contact the BI team for resending the letter. Do I need to contact or my supervisor can directly contact them.
