# Can the FSO disclose info from an sf86 form to anyone else in the company?

I can’t speak to the form bypassing anyone, doesnt someone have to review it for accuracy and completeness so the gov doesn’t kick back? I also don’t know if a copy is retained. Multiple sites and threads give conflicting info
