A DoD contractor who had a security clearance for ten years was caught lying on his SF-86 when he was asked to fill out a new application in order to enroll him in Continuous Evaluation (CE). Bad conduct discharge that went completely unnoticed? I guess if the subject never indicated he had been in the military at all that might have slipped through, I think there was a major slipup in the investigation.
