I keep getting emails from Excelerate Solutions. I know they subk for CACI, but who are they, and what are they like to work with?

If they are involved in Caci in any way then that says all you need to know. They also have a recruiter in here pretending to be a satisfied employee who pumps up the company so again that’s two big red flags

I work for Xcelerate and I’ve enjoyed it thus far. They aren’t the same as CACI - as it’s a small company and they operate in a different way. I think the best thing to do is have conversations with all vendors and make the decision for yourself on what’s best for you, whether it’s compensation or just environment.
