Getting married after security clearance

Ok so I have been thinking of getting married to a girl who recently purchased a vehicle for her brother but he did not make the payments and ultimately she was held responsible for the value of the vehicle. She now owes the debt collector around $9000 but is making the monthly payments.

I am just wondering if marrying her will have any impact on my TS clearance that I already have? Would a prenuptial agreement have any benefits in this scenario?

If there is no delinquent debt in your name then it is not an issue. However, you should keep in mind that creditors often go after a spouse of someone who has delinquencies to see if they can get paid.
