Null background

So, I haven’t heard from my background investigator in over 90 days! I have nothing to be concerned over, as I’ve passed everything with no nopa or even hearing anything. I’m concerned over a null investigation! What’s the meaning behind it, and what effect it has on me? This is simply hypothetical, so I’m just asking. Thanks

They have most likely submitted their work on your case. Contact your security department for updates. The investigator has no reason/desire to follow up with you once they’re done with your work

Investigators won’t reach out to you again unless they have further questions. It’s standard to not hear from them again. Nothing to worry about.

There is no “status” they are obligated to report to you. They finished the investigation and submitted it. They are not the “conduit” for status on your status.
