How can we really find out of Sead 7 os already being used? . i saw odni website the date of this reciprocity guidelines is Nov 9 2018 we should be seeing some decisions during this time

RECIPROCITY and SEAD 7: In addition to classified access eligibility, Reciprocity also applies to both Common Access Card (CAC) & PIV Credentialing and to Suitability & Fitness Determinations, as established by E.O. 13467 and E.O 13488.
