I was recently asked to list agencies I’ve applied with and I recall i failed one poly. If I don’t list this agency how can an investigator find out? It was for a state agency and i am wondering if poly results are kept in some national database that a bI can access?
And this is why we have background investigations folks to find the liars and weed them out.

I think the places to look would be DCII, JPAS, and/or Scatter Castles…I’m not positive though

I think the question would be why you failed the poly. On my first poly, I popped “high” on some questions that there’s no way I should have and had to re-take it. No issues with my other ones.
