I recently underwent a psych eval as part of a Interrogatory request for TS eligibility. I was granted the TS a few days ago. Is there any way to request the findings/report that was sent to DoDCAF regarding the psych eval?
You can request a copy of the entire Report of Investigation (ROI) which will contain a transcript of the evaluation. Go here if the investigation was done by OPM: https://nbib.opm.gov/foia-privacy-acts/requesting-and-amending-my-records/
If done by another agency then go to their FOIA office site.

Can this be done even if the investigation closed in 2015? I already have a copy of the investigation that I requested last October. But that was before I received the interrogatory requesting my participation in a psych eval
