When I apply for a SF85p, will the BI receive a copy of my resume I have on file with my previous employers? I may have some date/job duty discrepancies.
No, they likely will not receive one.
BI’s do sometimes receive resumes and/or are alerted to discrepancies to resolve/address. Some agencies include them for every investigation (when available).
