This article tends to suggest that former CIA officer David Rush was indeed involved in the spy business… but as the source (former CIA officer Walder) note, they don’t just hand money over without questions… especially not gold bars.

Well I guess at least they will get the gold bars back 🙂

I’m thinking they were on to him as soon as he dared ask for gold. As he continued, someone said, just keep giving it to him. Quick check on education lies, job lies…they knew they a situation. Or that is what they will say. Biggest hole in my theory? He could have melted and hid all of this since November. I don’t see them putting 40M at risk

The military and education falsification issue is the big red flag that has me wondering how he got by the investigation and then changing/inflating his service/education again while employed for a promotion. It makes the organization look very foolish and too trusting of their own people. “Trust but Verify” seems to have gone to the wayside.
