# Smoking Weed Will Not be an Automatic Disqualifier for IC Jobs

Actually “past marijuana use” has not been an automatic DQ for some time now so I don’t know what the big deal is. I think the key point is RECENT use, and I’m also curious to see if federal law enforcement will relax their standards any further.
