There is a question on SF86 regarding international travel on Foreign passport. I travel on Indian passport prior to becoming a US citizen and acquiring a US passport. I had a green card at that time . Once I became a US citizen i never used Indian passport which eventually expired. So for this question how should I respond yes or no.

The way yo did here 😉 When you meet with your BI, share this with them, Make sure to send copies of your passport when you return your SF or email it to the security processing personnel. The important thing is to be honest and explicit in your explanations.
