I work for a civilian agency that supports DoD and manages their contracts for them. I recently received my TS and am waiting on my SCI. My civilian agency provided me an account for SIPRNET access and told me I had to wait for JWICS, which I understand. I asked if there was an account to access information at the TS level only and they said there wasn’t one. That does not make sense to me. How do individuals access information if they don’t need SCI? Is this a scenario that may apply only to my agency.
