Once upon a time…previous rules, changed under Pres Obama…once in the public domain…it loses classification. You can’t pull back every NY times copy…but times changed, digital everything.
I maintain it is ridiculous demanding cleared personnel wash their eyes out with listening, delete, cease, desist. But an uncleared Joe? Oh he can read, disseminate as he chooses.
