Chances of failing fsp due to downloading or streaming content?

About to take a fsp with 3 letter agency not f or c.

For past 7 years I maybe downloaded a few episodes of a TV show and did use YouTube to mp3 to convert YouTube video to mo3 to listen… nowadays I use a bunch of streaming services.. am I in trouble since its within 7 years? If I have to estimate value maybe couple hundred dollars?

I’m a non-paid non-attorney non-spokesperson but my understanding is that downloading from YouTube for personal use is not illegal, they just don’t make it easy.

My understanding is that admissions to having downloaded copyrighted material without the authorization of the copyright holder can indeed result in disqualification from federal employment.

Counseling someone to knowingly and willfully make false statements, conceal material facts, or submit fraudulent documents in matters within the jurisdiction of the U.S. government, even if the person isn’t under oath, is a criminal offense under Title 18 U.S.C. § 2.
