FINALLY recieved SOR

Clearance denial; No Security can be suitability though.

Obtaining medical records from the Subject (Individual) is not authorized. Various VA hospitals (and military and civilian) do the “we don’t pay” line with DCSA.

This was the Psychologist who said she would get them not investigator When they didn’t, they should have gone another route and got them from me. I’m gonna be the one supplying them in SOR response anyway. They just didn’t do their due diligence IMO.

If by “they should have” you mean DCSA, we don’t. The timelines and process don’t provide for us begging for information from those folks. It is frustrating, to an agent also, because normally medical information provides mitigating information.

It was NSA but that is my point exactly. If they are asking for documents directly from an organization and don’t get them. They should ask the individual for them. With regard to VA records, we can simply down load them and email them. They shouldn’t be allowed to say “well, we asked for them but never received them so Oh well”. I offered them and they said “no, don’t worry, we will get them from the VA”. They also didn’t even include info i called in regarding medication names they asked about. This seems completely incompetent.
