As I posted previously, repeated posts will get deleted. Your situation is unique to you. No one here can provide you answers. Best you move forward and figure out your own situation
I don’t think that you are asking your question very clearly . . . Also, if I may ask, are you related to Dave Smith 19?
Please help! I received the Statement of Reasons regarding my finances ( credit cards & medical bills). This is my first time doing this and I’m not sure if I’m doing it right. I started my response with a paragraph addressing the reasons for my financial difficulties and then went on to address each item on the list. I accepted most of the items and explained the steps and taking to pay down and eventually pay off my debts. I also have copies of payment statements for each item. At the end, I wrote a short paragraph of myself and included letters from my supervisor and co-workers. Please let me know if I’m missing something or need to add. Thanks.
It sounds like you are on the right path. This response is NOT your official one that will be reviewed by the judge but it is not unheard of for reversals to occur based on the initial response.
This will be reviewed by lawyers. Are you planning to request a in-person hearing or on the written record?
