Hello all. I got offered a remote position with the DOT. Made the position remote for me. I accepted my TO and submitted my OF-306 form mentioned my marijuana charge from 2018 (probation then expunged) and Fake ID from college in 2019 (misdemeanor). Got arrested for DV stayed overnight but was not convicted so I didn’t list it. Case got dismissed without prejudice. Recent graduate OF-306 came back “smooth” then submitting fingerprints Monday, will I be able to get a suitability? Also when do I get to get the SF-85 to talk about the DV? Didn’t want to make it look like I was hiding anything because I wasn’t convicted on 306 but figure it will show up
on fingerprints. Am I okay? Just very worried.
