I wasn’t charge for anything,nor arrested, because it wasn’t true. Actually my ex admitted to that fact.
The question in the resi section is any police activity not whether you were arrested or not.
This is not a question to split frog hairs on. Tell them you were not arrested, however, there is a situation you want them to know you will be honest on. Then tell the story. Okay, maybe not technically arrested, but far better for you to speak to a situation as opposed to them finding it out, feeling you shaded the truth. Because using your own words…you do seem to choose words very carefully…and believe the technical definition saves you.

Got the status, this happen almost two years ago, but just recently found out the everything was dropped the day after.
I have never been arrested, there are no other possible arrest. That incident was the first time I’ve ever spoken to an officer. And I just found ok that, that whole situation was dropped the next day.
Follow whatever you think is best but it is obviously something you felt should be told because you brought it up. Yes, you may have escaped this time. But I personally wouldn’t play with that kind of stuff. Good luck to you.
