I’d agree that if the polygrapher said it will go to the adjudicator (or “quality control”) it almost certainly means you are good to go. I did hear of one guy who said he thought the polygrapher said he was good but it turned out he had to go back, but that’s the only time I’ve heard of something like that in the many (too many) years I’ve had to endure this process.
