In theory it’s a great idea to discuss significant issues sooner vs later, but in practice it’s a mess. IF you can get a call back, some of these cases are just ridiculous.
A few weeks ago I had a guy w 20+ yrs of T5/SCI history and it was for an assault charge from almost 30 yrs ago when he was 17.
I’ve recently had someone that retired 5 years ago.
I’ve had one for a guy that just did his initial T5 interview a few months ago, the CV was for an issue listed on his CPs from 2 months ago.
A little front end vetting would save SO much time for all involved.
