Hi everyone. I got out of the military July 2024 and in August I tried THC gummies twice to help with my insomnia, purchased/used in NY so it is legal at the state level. I got adverse effects to my sleep those two times, so I tossed them, and haven’t used any form of THC since then and don’t plan on it. I now am accepting a new job that requires a secret clearance and I have to do continuous vetting on the SF-86 to get my secret clearance reinstated from when I was active duty. I disclosed the THC experience on the SF-86 for full transparency, and indicated I have no intent of future use. I’m quite nervous of this but any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
