Thanks for the feedback. Yes LOJ would be the appropriate status. This would have alerted the DOD FSO that my clearances needed to be transferred over from DOS. This status is only half of the issue.
The other missing piece is my TS clearance IS current as of Dec 2018/Jan 2019 according to the DOS timeline. The proper checks were not completed to show accurate information in JPAS. This is the issue when there are 3 systems and none of them interface with another.
According to DSCA website I have the right to have my security records corrected.
I did speak to a facility security officer at my workplace. He sees this as an administrative issue that my FSO need to communicate to the Gov POC so the records can be corrected and my clearance properly transferred over from DOS to clear up this mess. Since I have an active clearance and was granted access to the workplace he doesn’t recognize any refractions.
