In 1990 I was taken off a job that required clearance and moved to a job that did not require a clearance. I had a drinking problem. Six months later they move me back to a team that required a clearance after I resolved my drinking problem. Is this considered a suspended clearance? Since then, I was able to get a Top Secret clearance.
Back then there was more latitude in being able to move people around instead of revoking their clearance outright, so most likely it was not an official suspension action, You said you had a TS since then so it obviously wasn’t a showstopper.
Marko, I am in adjudication status since December 2015, for a TS clearance, where can I find or at least check if my file is not sitting on someone’s desk lost? Why it takes so long?
