Found this GSA Contractor Listing page that, if I am understanding it correctly, appears to show all of the contractors who have background investigation contracts with the government. If you click on “Terms and Conditions” one can see the contract dates for each company.

Nice work finding this. Information under subs seams easier to understand (I think). Check out the amount being paid to vendors (not field staff) for T-3.

Hard to decipher pricing and what the vendors are actually paid. Where is the “Subs” information you are referring to? Couldn’t make much sense of these figures.

Look under 1 Force (peraton sub) on the right side under terms and conditions/price list scroll to page 4. It looks straightforward but I could be wrong.
