Sounds like the type of person we want holding a security clearance and in a position of trust and responsibility. 
Adjudications have become more lax as societal moral norms have shifted away from moral fabrics that society was built upon which is decency and morality. Adjudications should be more behaviorally based and morals and decency should be closely looked at and judged appropriately.
