I had a charge expunged 7 years ago in PA. I’ve been in the guard for 12 years almost. Did one enlistment got out for 3 years and rejoined. In-between the enlistment is when the event happened. I’m in the process of going active have to redue my security clearance again because I’m due. The recruiter did the for for me based on all the information she had. The expunged record was not on there. Does it need to be on there?
You must list charges even if expunged. Read the form literally.
Section 22.1 asks if you have been charged with any crime in any court in the last 7 years (which you are still within time limits for) and 22.2 asks if you have EVER been charged with a felony or other specific crimes.
