- My last Marijuana usage was 12 going on 13 months ago. Its very rare and infrequent, 3 times maybe in the last 10 years.
- I disclosed I have bipolar disorder and recently diagnosed this year, I voluntarily checked myself in for treatment and taking medication for it. I reported that symptoms are managed and that things are moving on a positive track for me.
I am worried, that these issues will prevent an interim secret clearance from being issued. I need to get work soon, as I am burning through savings faster than expected and unemployment is having issues processing my claims. What are the odds the DOD comes back for a denial for a secret clearance. I am almost positive, that I got a public trust clearance before with marijuana usage going back 14 to 15 months. This was years ago, so I am just really nervous and would like to hear people’s thoughts.
