I’m requesting pointers on security clearances. So I currently have an active T3 Active SecretI’m a double major in Cybersecurity and Criminal Justice. I’m CYSA, SEC+ certified, and currently working on a MS in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance.

As a dod contractor, I’m finding it extremely
difficult to elevate my clearance as 99% of cybersecurity positions require a T5 or T5/SCI. I’m also wanting to shift to an intelligence position.

What would you advise?

I am confused. You said you have a current T3 SSBI but a T3 is not SSBI. A T3 would grant access to Secret level access and a SSBI is for Top Secret, SCI, and Q access. You are mixing two different levels of access. They do both use the SF86.
