I recently retired from the Federal government and am considering doing some consultant work. How do I go about keeping my Secret security clearance active?
Get hooked up with some firm that will pick you up ASAP. Ive heard of places that will pick up your cleatrance even if they dont have work for you right away (these are places that are more or less employment agencies that place temps). This is easier to do with a Secret clearance than with TS/SCI.
