I am trying to renew my clearance and i have a larceny that was added to my record due to bouncing the check. I received a Letter of Instruction from my command, paid the debts, and attended financial and budget counseling. I tried to get a copy of attendance of the financial counseling back in 2010 but it was not availble anymore. I attended another financial counseling this year and now have a copy of financial planning. I just need help creating a letter to show that i really learned form this experience. reason for bouncing check is mismanaging my acccount. Please advise.
