Unless the contract is a multi-year contract, you might want to double check on the contract. I asked because federal contract is typically a multiple year contract with the Government reserves sole right to exercise option years. Multi-year contract and multiple year contract are not synonymous.
To answer your question, it is possible… you would be surprised. Adjudicating incident reports shouldnt take more than a few days in theory, but they do take months/years.
