Obtaining Copy of Your Security Clearance Records

After reading a Clearance Jobs article, I thought it might be a good idea to get a copy of my Public Trust Clearance records. I emailed an INV 100 form with the request to the Security Branch 3 weeks ago. I have heard nothing back, not even an acknowledgment they received my request.

How long should I wait prior to inquiring of them again?

Is this typical?

Any advice or input would be appreciated!

Sorry it’s just nothing is ever quick when it comes to anything with the investigations including getting records.
