Over 5 years ago, I was denied a clearance (SOR) for substance abuse. The year of the clearance denial, I smoked marijuana a couple of times. Over 3 years ago, I did cocaine a couple of times as well. Since then, I have been 100% clean. I drink maybe once a month. My lifestyle has changed considerably as I have grown older and matured from my university days. Is there any chance I could be granted a TS/SCI with these circumstances?
