Def will be bitter people. But I dont think it increases turncoats more than usual string of idiots. But loss of income, high debt, bitter…can make one susceptible to approach. FWIW on the industry side people are just being unenrolled in CE. Upon being hired submit a new SF86 for re-enrollment seems to be what we’re seeing. No LOJs (yet - and in emails with DCSA told that won’t be the case)
Had to release about 300 Secret clearances in the past month due to USAID.
Damn. Gonna see thousands more by October
