May I ask if there is a time limit for a previous employer to put an incident report into somebody’s DISS account after this person leaves the company? If there is indeed a time limit, how long is this period of time?
Thanks for any help here.

I’m no expert but I’ve personally never heard of incidents being reported after an employee leaves the company.
You can see several cases on the Internet that an incident report is put into the DISS account after the employee left the company. I think the key question here might be: if this ex-employee is not debriefed, could this company own this ex-employee’s DISS account forever and enter anything they want at any time?
Any further insights here?
