I have a case that was placed on a stet docket in Maryland this month with conditions of it being Noelle Proseque in 6 months if all the conditions that have been put forth have been met. Can I or should I apply for a security clearance at all at this time? What could the result be of this for me?
You are on a form of probation, therefore it depends on what the charge was. The reason is because if you violate the terms of probation you are now at the mercy of the court. If the sentence can include jail time then this is an issue. I recommend waiting to complete the terms, but that is not to say you can’t apply.
