Good call. You CAN clear…Merlin tells us he sees it a lot. But the hill is much steeper. So do the Credit Karma pull, challenge anything not yours, get in a repayment plan for anything that is legit. My experience shows once you get to payments 6-8, you see the credit score bounce in the right direction. Making unaddressed debt…addressed debt…is a huge step forward.
