Where do you find these listings? On ClearanceJobs? If I went for a TS/SCI with FSP from IC, do I need to apply for other positions with TS/SCI with FSP?

ClearanceJobs to find the positions but apply on their company site. Im pretty sure you can have a secret job with TS but your poly will expire quicker if your position does not actively need it from what I understand.

What did you put on your resume or tell the employer to indicate that you had the clearance? Itâs my understanding that if you were granted a clearance but never started the position and were never read in, itâs likely impossible that other agencies/companies will see it in SC.
Same here! How long does it usually take to get your clearance reinstated, or are you still in the security approval process?
~4 days, possible gov shutdown might affect that though

On my resume at the very top I put my clearance and explained the situation. I was never briefed or read in but out of the 5+ companies that verified my clearance none gave me any notion there would be an issue with it. Like verbatim one said âI see you were never read in but that wonât be an issueâ. I donât know the technicalities of it all but from my anecdotal experience there wasnât an issue.

So the clearance is actual present in scattered castles and other companies verify that? Good to knowâŚ

Thatâs a new one on me, I thought a person did not show up in âCastlesâ until they were briefed. Used to be they used it to verify accesses after you were âread onâ but maybe they have expanded its capabilities especially with all the turmoil at DSCA with JPAS/JDISS/PIPS/???
Really hope this is the case.

I was just reached out to by the ccl asking my interest in my position if it would have an eod in spring-summer

Thatâs great. Were you told that your position was no longer available when you were put on the CCL? Did the CCL Program Manager reach out to you about the EOD?
Yes I was put on 2 months ago when I was told the position was filled (but I have some insider info that it was more of a precaution with budget up in the air). The ccl manager reached out yesterday with the potential eod for the same position I was onboarding for. The email was probably sent to everybody on the ccl for that position.
Oh ok. I was put on the list at the end of September. Really hoping the position opens up again soon. Do you have to interview again, or did you accept the EOD?
No clue if I will have to interview again. They were simply seeing if I had interest. I like my odds but I am still applying to other stuff

This is better than bad news, at least. Still waiting for my clearance to pass but looks like options are slowly starting to open up
Was the outreach about the same position for exactly the same role (would be working for the same people/internal team) or a pool-type position (something like IA where they presumably get assigned to various teams based on openings at the time)?
The position I was CCLâd for was a pretty open-ended job title that seemed to have openings all over the agency, but I was really set on roughly the area that reached out to me about the CJO. Iâm also hoping I wouldnât have to roll the dice on the grade and step offered because I thought I did pretty well the first time.
