I agree, most investigators are not investigating. I see so much written off and/or scheduled for in person because an investigator doesn’t think outside of what is listed or what the subject tells them to find coverage. Sources don’t even pay attention to us on the phone. Nothing is taking seriously anymore. Imagine being a source or subject and getting a call from an investigator at call center and hearing 30, 50, 100 other investigators in the background talking.
