Hi ! I submitted my documents on Cesp almost 4 weeks ago and I continue to get emails that state I have not logged in and then emails that my account is terminated then reinstated. This has happened twice now. I have confirmation from when I submitted the documents on 7/23/2023. I have been in contact with the help desk multiple times a week and they tell me it’s automated and to disregard them. My recruiter is showing that my account is expired and she applied to have it reinstated and to login and submit my paperwork again but there is no option to do that. I log in and everything is checked and completed and the documents have a submission date. Anyone else with this issues or suggestions? I feel like I’m going in circles and don’t want to miss an opportunity
