Company recently awarded SCI contract

Our company was recently awarded a contract requiring SCI eligibility/access. We are the prime on the contract. We have 1 subcontracting company.

Is there any requirement for us to add the subcontractors employees to our PSM net and service their clearances? If there is a requirement, does it fall under the NISPOM?

Also, if we service a subcontractors employees clearances what forms are we required to have the subcontractors employees complete?

As the prime for a classified contract with a DD-254, before a subcontractor is allowed to do classified work the prime has to issue a DD-254 to the sub and ensure they have the appropriate FCL and personnel are cleared.
