I work for a subcontractor interested in doing business through a prime for the CIA. We are a TS facility, but we are wondering would the CIA require full poly clearances for all our employees or would it depend on the project/location? Thanks.
I’m sure that someone else can chime in with more specific information but if you are already doing work for the CIA, I would assume that the employees you are using must be cleared by the CIA. You should, on that point, be qualified but there may be other issues with becoming a prime contractor.
