I am naturalization citizenship with Secret clearance while serving in the Army and a government contractor wants to sponsor me for top secret, but am concerned about foreign influence. Most of my siblings in Africa and I do send and frequently speaks to them. Will I lose my secret clearance if I get denied for TS?

Other than foreign influence, no drugs or alcohol issue my credit is great and i am doing okay financially. Should I be concerned about being denial TS or am thinking too much into it.

You can lose your secret if you don’t get the TS. Your foreign family members should have been addressed during your BI for the secret. You might not be allowed certain access but the hard part has been done.
The adjudication standards are the same for TS or S - the difference is the depth of the investigation to obtain information.
