Eligibility vs suitability?

Hi, I’m pending on my Eligibility for T3 clearance. Is this after investigation completion? It gets to be since it has been long time from now.

I also see some people mentioned ‘suitability’, will there be also pending on suitability after Eligibility, or suitability has already passed before eligibility comes? Or T3 even doesn’t need suitability?

So many questions, hope someone here with the expertise to clarify.

For the most part, “suitability” pertains to hiring people as government employees. Are you waiting for a clearance for a contracting position? Then I don’t think you have to worry about the suitability determination.
