Eligibility Pending?

I had a question in regards to eligibility pending. I know this is for when an interim-secret can’t be determined yet. The only movement I’ve seen recently is that the T3 is closed as of xDate in August. What does this mean for the candidate? That a determination may be made soon? As far as either Full clearance or denial?

I heard “eligibility pending” from one year to two years after submitting E-Qip. Took me two years to get final clearance. Pretty sure “eligibility pending” is the generic response for “still processing.” Hope this helps.
