I’m going from a Tier 2 to a 4 and I have divorced since my original BI. My question is will they interview her and if so what happens if she states crazy stuff that could sink my chances or even a neighbor that has a beef because of the divorce. How do they determine if my statements are valid vs the ex or a disgruntled neighbor. Thanks in advance for the help.
What would they say that would make you afraid of losing your job?

Yep, that’s exactly it. The word of a probably disgruntled ex and neighbor will 100% ruin your chances.

You have no worry their testimony unless during the additional investigation we find the information is true and adjudicatable.
