Flag after Full Scope Polygraph

I took a full scope polygraph for a contract I was on about 6 months ago. The polygrapher raised a criminal conduct flag based on recreational drinking prior to age 21. This froze my current TS/SCI clearance barring me from access to my workplace. My employer’s security officer tried to get information on how to remove this flag to be able to take another polygraph examination. They were not given any information. I filed a FOYA, called NSA…no one will tell me anything. I have never been arrested, I don’t have any type of criminal record, I have never done drugs…I’m at a loss. My employer wants me to come back to work but no one will tell me what to do from here. HELP!

If they are stopping you from working because you were drinking underage . . . Well, not many of us would be working. But, my first call would be a consult with a clearance attorney.
